Turn a goal into a daily plan.

Enter a production goal and your own working assumptions. The planner works backwards to show the cases, appointments, bookings and qualified contacts it could take, right down to how many conversations that means each working day.

Your figures

Illustrative defaults. The starting figures are an example to change, not a recommended amount.

Credited production as your contract defines it. Annualised premium is not automatically scheme-credited APE.

The credited production you expect from a typical case.

Share of completed appointments that become a case.

Share of bookings that become a completed appointment.

Share of qualified contacts who book an appointment. Qualified contact: Someone you have had a two-way conversation with who could reasonably agree to book an appointment. A name on a list, an unanswered message or a new lead is not yet a qualified contact.

Assumes a 50% closing rate, 80% attendance and a 60% booking rate over 78 working days. Each step is rounded up.

How this is calculated

Every step is rounded up to a whole number.

Cases = production goal ÷ average credited production per case.

Completed appointments = cases ÷ closing rate. Bookings = completed appointments ÷ attendance.

Qualified contacts = bookings ÷ booking rate. Per day = qualified contacts ÷ working days.

Check credited production before you plan: short premium-paying terms, top-ups and case-count rules can change it. A lead is not the same as a successful contact or a completed appointment.

How the example works out.

The planner opens with a goal of RM648,000 at RM3,600 a case, which is 180 cases. Close half your appointments and you need 360 of them. If 80% of bookings turn up, that's 450 bookings, and if 60% of qualified contacts book, you need 750 contacts. Spread over 78 working days, that comes to 10 a day.

These are example inputs to show how the maths works. Now swap in your own. It's your plan, built around the way you work and the hours you've got.

Make the plan your own.

The planner rounds every step up to a whole number, so it errs on the cautious side. When we go through it with you, we'll look at:

  • How your production is credited, including premium terms, top-ups and case-count rules.
  • How leads become qualified contacts, and where to find more of them.
  • Your own conversion rates, so the plan fits the way you work.
  • A weekly routine that turns the daily number into a habit.

Questions about this planner

How do I use the daily number?

Treat it as your daily rhythm. It's the number of conversations that keeps your pipeline moving, and your mentor can help you plan each week around it so it soon feels like second nature.

Where do the rates come from?

From you. Start with the example, then adjust each rate to match your own experience. As you track your activity week by week, you'll find your numbers get sharper.
