We started Raizen Champion Group on one belief: ordinary people can become extraordinary leaders. As an FWD Agency Leader Corporation (ALC) team in Kuala Lumpur, we help families with insurance and takaful, unit trusts and will writing, and we build careers for people who want to do that work well.
What is an ALC?
ALC stands for Agency Leader Corporation. It's a company led by experienced agency leaders that builds, trains and looks after a team of insurance advisors, working under an insurer's agency arrangement. Ours works with FWD Insurance and FWD Takaful.
For families, it means one team you can call for insurance and takaful, unit trusts and will writing, with leaders who answer for the service you get. You're not left with one advisor who might move on.
For people joining us, it means a real company behind you: a team to work alongside, structured training, a mentor from week 1 and a clear path from new advisor to leader of your own team.

Gobinath Kaliamuthu, Kumanan Kanesan and Nurin Asarao started RCG with one shared aim: to put good client service and real people development under one roof.

Co-FounderKumanan’s focus is on helping people grow, supporting real change and building confidence. He believes people develop through practice, guidance and the opportunity to take on greater responsibility.
Gobinath Kaliamuthu
FounderGobinath’s vision for RCG centres on building leaders, creating opportunities and developing long-term careers. His focus is to bring meaningful client service and practical people development into the same team culture.
Nurin Asarao
Co-FounderNurin’s focus is on creating impact, developing future leaders and building winning teams. Her contribution to RCG’s shared vision is a people-centred approach to growth and leadership.
