FWD's Hi-5 programme can give suitable full-time advisors and leaders monthly financing for up to 24 months, paid on top of commission, while they build their practice. What you'll work towards
- A 24-month full-time programme to build your practice.
- Aim for 2 cases a month, with 85% collection efficiency (CER) and 85% of policies still in force after 13 months.
- Age 21-30 for Tier 1; 21-50 for Tiers 2-6. Minimum SPM.
- At least three years’ work experience, except the fresh-graduate route in Tier 1.
- We help you with licensing and your application to FWD.
- Paid on top of your commission as you hit your targets.

What you'll work towards
- A 24-month programme for full-time Agency Managers and Unit Managers.
- Direct-unit goals of 4 cases a month, with 85% collection efficiency (CER) and 85% of policies still in force after 13 months.
- Production from financing-scheme agents counts up to 75% of each target.
- Grow your team with new recruits each year. We’ll walk you through the details.
- At least three years’ experience as a direct-appointed or industry leader, with licensing and a professional record.
- We help you prepare your application to FWD.
Support for the early months.
The early months of a full-time career are the hardest. You're meeting people, learning the products and building a client base, and your commission is only just getting going. Hi-5 is there for exactly that stage.
FWD pays monthly financing at the tier it approves for you, on top of your commission, for up to 24 months while you meet the programme's targets. You focus on your clients and your activity. The financing gives you room to build.
Our part is the coaching behind it: a mentor from week 1, field coaching with experienced advisors and a clear 90-day plan, so you always know what this week is for. FWD reviews each application, and we'll help you get ready for it.

How do I get started?

How fast can I get licensed?
It depends on exam dates and your paperwork, so we'll plan it with you. Licence exam prep starts in your first week.
Can I join RCG without Hi-5?
Yes. Hi-5 is one route for full-time candidates, and there are other ways into advisory work. Thinking part-time? Ask us how that could work for you.
