Start where you are.
Everyone walks in with a different story: a fresh graduate, a manager who wants a change, an advisor with years in the industry. Pick the path closest to yours. We'll show you the support you'll get and how we'll help you grow.

Starting from scratch.
Maybe you've just graduated. Maybe you've spent years in another field and want work that's closer to people. Either way, you don't need insurance experience to start. You do need the licence, and from week 1 we'll help you prepare for the exam.
What we'll talk about: why this work appeals to you, how much time you can give, how you get on with people and what you're keen to learn.
What you get: a mentor from week 1, structured learning, role-play before you ever meet a real client and a clear plan for your first 90 days.

Bringing your experience with you.
You already know what a client relationship takes, and how long trust takes to build. The real question is whether RCG's culture, support and current arrangements suit the practice you want to build next. Let's find out properly.
What we'll talk about: the practice you've built, what you want next, how you like to work and the support that would help you grow. We'll also help you plan a smooth, proper move from your current contract.
What you can ask for: familiarisation with FWD Insurance, FWD Takaful and Principal products and platforms, help planning the move and a development plan for after it.

Ready to lead a team.
A production target is the easy part to measure. Good leaders show up in the people they grow: advisors who become capable, look after clients properly and stay. If you want to build a team like that, let's talk about how we'd back you.
What we'll talk about: your experience developing people, how you coach, your professional record, the time you can give and the steps to appointment with FWD.
What you can ask for: leadership coaching, recruitment practice and regular performance reviews. Experienced leaders building a full-time unit can also ask about the FWD Hi-5 Builder route.

What happens after you get in touch.
Getting in touch starts a friendly conversation, at your pace. Here's how it usually goes.
Tell us where you are.
Your background, your questions and the path you're leaning towards. "Not sure yet" is a perfectly good answer.
Understand the route.
We'll explain the work, the support and the requirements for your route, in plain words.
Take your time.
Ask more questions and talk it over at home. Decide when you're ready.
Then the formal steps.
We'll guide you through licensing, assessment and appointment with FWD, one step at a time.
The people you'd grow with.
