You won't learn this alone.
Confidence comes from preparation and practice, not from being thrown in at the deep end. Your first 90 days follow a plan, with a mentor beside you from week 1 and real coaching in the field. And the learning doesn't stop at day 90.

Your first 90 days.
This is how we teach, not a deadline. You'll only start advising clients once you're properly licensed, and your pace depends on approvals and your own circumstances.
Days 1–30: Learn.
Week 1 is licensing orientation: what the exam covers and how we'll get you ready. In week 2 you sit down with your mentor to talk about your goals and the hours you can give. Weeks 2 to 4 cover insurance, takaful, unit trusts and wills, and how to explain each one honestly, including what it leaves out.
Days 31–60: Practise.
Role-play real conversations until they feel natural. In weeks 6 and 7 you sit in on real meetings with an experienced advisor, then take the lead with them beside you. Week 8 is honest feedback: what went well, and the one thing you'll fix next.
Days 61–90: Grow.
Look at your habits so far, measured honestly. Learn to look after the families who trusted you, with proper follow-ups and service. Then, in week 12, you and your mentor plan the next stage: grow your practice, start leading, or both.
Learning that keeps going.
Day 90 isn't graduation. These are the skills we keep working on with you, for as long as you're with us.
