How we handle your information.
This notice explains how Raizen Champion Group Sdn. Bhd. handles the personal data you share with us through this website, the enquiry form, email and WhatsApp. We give it under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 of Malaysia (PDPA).
Who we are
Raizen Champion Group Sdn. Bhd. (Registration No. 202301025518) ("RCG", "we" or "us") is an authorised agency working with FWD Insurance Berhad, FWD Takaful Berhad and Principal Asset Management Berhad. We decide how the personal data in this notice is used, so we are its data controller under the PDPA.
This notice covers this website and the enquiries you send us through it, by email or on WhatsApp. If you later apply for a product, the provider's own privacy notice also applies to the details you give in that application.

Information we collect
When you send an enquiry through the website form, we collect the details below. If you email or WhatsApp us instead, we receive what you send, with your email address or phone number and the name on that account.
- Your name.
- How you would like us to contact you, and your phone or WhatsApp number or your email address.
- The type of enquiry you choose and the message you write.
- Optional details, if you add them: your organisation, or your starting point for a career enquiry.
- For a career enquiry: your email address, your highest education and the state you live in, so we can tell you which route fits.
- Your agreement to this notice, the version you agreed to and when, and whether and when you asked for RCG news and updates.
- Form details: the page and language you used, the short topic label in the link you followed, the time you sent it, and a coded form of your internet (IP) address. We do not store the internet address itself.
- Notes our team adds as we follow up, such as who is handling your enquiry, its status and the date of our last contact.
How we collect it
We collect personal data directly from you: when you fill in the enquiry form, email us or message us on WhatsApp, and when we reply and follow up with you.
Please don't include identity documents, policy documents, medical information or payment details in an enquiry. We don't need them to reply.
Planning tools and browsing
The planning tools (the Family Protection Gap, Education Savings and Retirement Savings calculators and the Activity Planner) and the Career Explorer work only in your browser. The figures you type and the answers you choose aren't sent to us and aren't stored. If you follow a link from a tool to the enquiry form, the link carries only a short label, such as the tool's name or your suggested starting point. It is saved only if you send the form.
This website sets no cookies of its own and uses no analytics or advertising tools. Our Cookies page explains the security check our hosting provider may run. Like most web hosts, our hosting provider may also keep short-term server logs of visits, such as internet addresses and browser types, to run and protect its servers.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange the follow-up you asked for, such as a review, a career chat or help with an existing policy.
- To pass your enquiry to the right RCG team member or advisor.
- To keep a record of your enquiry, our follow-up and your agreement to this notice.
- To protect the website and the form from spam and misuse.
- To send you RCG news and updates, only if you ticked the separate box for them.
- To meet our legal and regulatory duties, and to handle any complaint or dispute.
Required and optional details
Your name, one way to contact you, the type of enquiry, your message and your agreement to this notice are required. A career enquiry also needs your email address, highest education and state. Without them, we can't accept your enquiry through the form. You can still email us or message us on WhatsApp.
Everything marked optional is your choice, and so is the box for news and updates. Leaving them blank or unticked does not affect how we handle your enquiry.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your personal data, and we don't share it for other companies' marketing.
Inside RCG, your enquiry is seen by the team members who handle enquiries and by the advisor who follows up with you.
Our hosting provider, Hostinger, runs the website, the private database that stores enquiries, and the email service that sends each new enquiry to our team. We read that email in Gmail, so Google also keeps a copy of the enquiry emails. Companies that maintain this website for us may also see enquiry records when they need to fix or support it. These providers act on our instructions.
If you contact us on WhatsApp, or ask us to reply there, your messages pass through WhatsApp, which is run by Meta under its own terms and privacy policy.
We share your details with FWD Insurance Berhad, FWD Takaful Berhad, Principal Asset Management Berhad, Rockwills or Createwills only when you ask us to go ahead with something they provide, such as a quote, an application, a claim or a will. We share only what that request needs, and the provider then handles it under its own privacy notice.
We may also disclose personal data when the law requires it, for example to a regulator, a court or the police.
Transfers outside Malaysia
The website and the enquiry database are kept on Hostinger servers in Malaysia. Google (Gmail), which we use to read our email, and WhatsApp may handle messages on servers outside Malaysia.
We transfer personal data outside Malaysia only as the PDPA allows. The data travels over encrypted connections, and we use providers whose terms commit them to keep it secure and confidential. This notice still applies to your data wherever it is kept.
How we protect it
The website uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and each new enquiry reaches our team over an encrypted email connection.
Enquiries are kept in a private database that cannot be reached from the public website. The passwords and keys that protect it are kept outside the public part of the server.
We store only a coded form of your internet address, made with a secret key, never the address itself. Our error logs record only the type of error, not what you typed. Access to enquiries is limited to the people who need it to help you.
How long we keep it
Our database deletes each enquiry automatically 12 months after the enquiry or our last recorded follow-up, whichever is later. We keep the email alert and any emails or WhatsApp messages about it only while we need them to help you, and we clear out the ones we no longer need at least once a year.
The coded internet address stored with an enquiry is deleted with it. The separate records we use to stop repeated sending are deleted after 2 days.
If you become a client or join RCG, we keep the records that relationship needs for as long as the law and the provider's requirements say.
Your rights and choices
Under the PDPA, you can ask us to give you access to, or a copy of, the personal data we hold about you. You can ask us to correct it if it is wrong, incomplete or out of date. You can ask us to stop or limit using it. You can also ask us to send the data you gave us to another organisation you choose, where this is technically possible.
You can withdraw your consent at any time. If you do, we stop using your data for the purposes you withdrew from, and we may no longer be able to help with your enquiry.
You can also limit what we collect in the first place: share only what is needed, leave optional fields blank, choose how we contact you, and leave the news and updates box unticked.
To make a request, email hello@raizenchampiongroup.com or write to us at the address above. We may ask you to confirm your identity first. We'll reply within 21 days. If we need up to 14 more days, as the PDPA allows, we'll tell you why before the 21 days end.
News and updates
We send RCG news and updates only if you tick the separate optional box on the form. Not ticking it does not affect your enquiry. You can ask us to stop at any time by emailing hello@raizenchampiongroup.com or messaging us on WhatsApp at +60 11-1111 1692.
If a data breach happens
If personal data we hold is lost, stolen or seen by someone who shouldn't see it, we'll act quickly to contain it and find out what happened. Where the PDPA requires, we will notify the Personal Data Protection Commissioner and tell the people affected without unnecessary delay, with steps they can take to protect themselves.
Questions or complaints
For any question, request or complaint about your personal data, email hello@raizenchampiongroup.com or write to us at the address above. Putting "Privacy" in the subject line helps it reach the right person. We will look into it and reply.
If you're not satisfied with our reply, you can contact the Personal Data Protection Commissioner at the Personal Data Protection Department (Jabatan Perlindungan Data Peribadi).
Changes to this notice
We will update this notice when the website or the way we handle personal data changes, and show the new effective date here. If we want to use your data for a new purpose, we will tell you first and ask for your consent where it is needed.
