About RCG and ALC.
What is an Agency Leader Corporation (ALC)?
An ALC is a company led by experienced agency leaders that builds, trains and looks after a team of insurance advisors, working under an insurer's agency arrangement. Raizen Champion Group is an FWD ALC team based in Kuala Lumpur.
Why choose an ALC team like RCG?

What can I talk to RCG about?
Insurance and takaful with FWD, unit trusts with Principal, will writing with Rockwills or Createwills, or a question about a plan you already have. We'll match you with the right person in our team.
Can I ask even if I don't know which product I need?
Of course. Most people don't. Tell us what you want to protect, save for or understand, and we'll work out the right questions together in a free 30-minute review.
What happens in the free review?
We'll talk about who depends on you, what you're saving for and the cover you already have. Then we'll explain the options that fit, in Bahasa Malaysia or English, and you decide in your own time.
Will you help me when I need to claim?
Yes. WhatsApp us and we'll explain each step, help you get the paperwork right first time and stay with you through the claim.
How do the planning calculators help?
They give you a rough figure for protection, education or retirement, with every assumption on show. It's a handy starting point to bring to your review.
Unit trusts and will writing
How do I choose a unit trust?
Start with your goal and when you'll need the money, like school fees in 13 years or retirement at 60. We'll go through Principal funds that fit, with the prospectus, the product highlights sheet and the fees in front of you.
Who actually prepares my will?
Rockwills or Createwills, qualified will-writing providers. We help you get started and arrange it with them, and their will writer takes you through every detail.
Is will writing different for Muslims?
It can be. Muslim and non-Muslim families follow different rules in Malaysia, and the will writer explains what applies to you.

Where do I find training support?
Visit the Learning and Leadership page, or use the partner support form to ask about the next session that suits you.
Where do I check client records and payouts?
In the private system set up for your role. If you need help getting in, use the partner support form and we'll sort it out.
How do I ask for coaching?
Use the partner support form, say you'd like coaching and tell us the skill or topic you want to work on.

Do I need insurance experience?
Not at all. People join us from all kinds of backgrounds. We'll help you get the qualifications and licence you need before you start advising.
What support will I get?
A mentor from week 1, licence exam prep, field coaching and a clear plan for your first 90 days. Going full-time? We'll also walk you through FWD's Hi-5 programme.
How fast can I get licensed?
It depends on exam dates and your paperwork, so we'll plan it with you. Licence prep starts in your first week, as part of your 90-day plan.
Can I start part-time?
Let's talk about it. We'll look at your current commitments and the options that fit. If you'd rather go full-time, FWD's Hi-5 programme is built for that.
What does a typical week look like?
Meeting people, following up with clients, learning with your mentor and time with the team. Your 90-day plan shows you what each week is for.
